What you will do: Develop and optimize world generation pipelines, focusing on data-efficient training and inference. Design and implement distributed multi-agent orchestration systems for coordinated world synthesis. Build reinforcement learning pipelines and agentic reasoning frameworks for adaptive game generation and emergent behavior. The ideal candidate: Possesses strong software fundamentals and can navigate between production systems and research. Has experience building or training large multimodal or agentic AI systems.
