About the Position On-site position requiring you to be in our St. Louis County offices Manage trust and estate administration project lists Prepare estate tax and gift tax returns Drafting of estate planning documents and correspondence Tax coordination and review Trust and estate administration and related Court filings Organize electronic materials and maintain client files pursuant to systems and procedures Keep team members informed on a consistent basis of new or changing issues. Skills & Background Required Law School and Undergraduate degree with strong GPA required; must be admitted to practice in Missouri (other US state licensing considered) Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to communicate, compose documents and emails in fluent English with appropriate business style using correct grammar and spelling; proficiency in detailed proof-reading Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Acrobat and tax preparation software Personal Characteristics Required Highest ethical and professional standards Discretion and commitment to confidentiality regarding client details Professional, confident and caring demeanor; ability to engender trust and rapport Ability to apply common-sense to understand situations and projects Ability to collect information through research, communication and questioning Applies good judgment that is conscientious and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines with minimal supervision To perform the essential functions of the position, you must be able to be both mobile and stationary throughout the workday, have the ability to lift 20 pounds, have a valid driving license and operating vehicle, and be able to operate a computer and other equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
