Restaurant Assistant ManagerThis position assists the Restaurant Manager (RM) with daily operations of the restaurant and supervises the team in their absence. The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain the Company and Brand operational standards ensuring all guests leave satisfied.Responsibilities include:Providing excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaching and correcting teamConducting second interviews for team members and shift leadsMaintaining a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties. Assigning shift duties to team members and following up to ensure completionDirecting team and ensuring all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations. Coaching team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production managementCascades relevant information to team members and assists with new product trainingResponsible for placing campaign materials upon requestEnsuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards are metMonitoring and ensuring accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift. Completing end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required.
