Phlebotomist Part-time

Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Phlebotomist – Hackettstown, NJ Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:45am – 11:45am and rotating Saturdays 7:00am – 12:00pm. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency, or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Pay Range Pay Range: $17.75 – $27.89 per hour Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Stock Purchase Plan Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits. Employees scheduled less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
