(Contract) Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Warwick)

Part‑Time Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid: Remote & In‑Person) Location: Warwick, Quebec, Canada What You’ll Do Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short‑term goal‑focused EAP to employer health plans allowing as many sessions as medically necessary. Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence‑based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern. Optionally treat additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families. Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system. Use evidence‑based treatment modalities and interventions that are tailored to your client’s needs. Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team whenever assistance is needed. Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders. Who You Are Licensed to practice counseling (Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, etc.) in Canada; no applicants requiring clinical supervision will be considered. Maintain active professional liability insurance at market rates in your approved jurisdiction. Have a minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience. Have access to a computer or laptop, are comfortable with technology, and are tele‑health competent. Available to offer some monthly in‑person availability for Spring Health members in Warwick, Quebec, Canada. Have training and experience in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT. Comfortable providing safety planning and intervention during higher‑risk situations. Committed to quality clinical care and eager to expand your capabilities and increase effectiveness through client feedback. Enjoy independent work but value team support and collaboration with other providers and master’s level clinical care navigators.
