As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansPerform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercisesAssess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordinglyDocument patient care activities, progress, and treatment outcomesCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient careEducate patients and caregivers about treatment plans, home exercises, and injury preventionMaintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standardsUtilize state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and techniquesMonitor and ensure patient safety during therapy sessionsParticipate in team meetings and care coordination discussionsQualificationsCurrent Physical Therapist license in MarylandStrong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocolsExcellent assessment and diagnostic skillsProven experience in developing and implementing treatment plansProficiency in documentation and electronic health records (EHR)Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminologyKnowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare complianceOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environmentPhysical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with exercises and movementsDemonstrated commitment to patient-centered careStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsAdditional InformationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 -$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
