ID: 56257670 Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Description: PERM PLACEMENT CT/Rad Tech - 8 hr shift - Every Weekend - Gundersen Moundview Hospital & Clinics - Friendship, WI ( PERM PLACEMENT pay will be based upon years of experience) - Start Date: ASAP- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36- Shift Requirements: 12hr Shifts, 2x12hr shifts 7am - 7pm & get credit for 36GSA)- Primary Location: Gundersen Moundview Hospital & Clinics- Float Requirements: None- On Call/Call Back Requirements: 7pm to 7a Sat, 7pm to 7am Sun-Mon Response time: 20 mins- Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every weekend; Holiday Rotation- Required Certifications: WI Licrad, AHA BLS, ARRT (CT) - License and Certifications:American Registry of Radiologic Technology Registered Technologist-Radiography (ARRT)*American Registry of Radiologic Technology Registered Technologist-Radiography and ComputedTomography (ARRT-CT) within two years of hire date American Registry of Radiologic Technology Registered Technologist-Radiography & Mammography (ARRT-M) within nine months of hire dateWisconsin employees must be a Licensed Radiographer with the State of Wisconsin (LICRAD-WI)Iowa employees must have a Permit to Practice from the Iowa Department of Public Health (RADTECH-IA)Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.REQUIREDOne year of clinical experience in a radiology technology programDESIREDTwo years of experience working in a multi-modality or an advanced imaging position- Minimum Experience: 1yr+ Rad Tech AND 1yr+ Strong CT experience- Charting Experience: Epic preferred- COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)GSA is not guaranteed orientation week. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.Billing: Monday - Sunday candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hours for a quick start REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate PREFERRED EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS:Holiday Rotation SHIFT NOTES:12 hour shifts - Every Weekend - Perm Placement Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:364
