- Scrub preferred, circulate required. - Ability to function in areas including, but not limited to CVT, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Cataracts, ENT, etc. - WV or Compact license required at time of submission - no temporary or pending licenses will be accepted. - BLS required.
