Job Description: We are looking for a Helping Hands Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities: Keeping the children safe, engaged, and happy throughout the school day Forming relationships with the children, their parents, and co-workers Duties include getting students academically ready for Kindergarten by following our curriculum, making lesson plans, maintaining daily sheets, and communicating effectively with parents. Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry young children to diaper changing stations or toilet seats for potty training. Must be able to work outside in different types of weather to supervise children in the yard.
