Epoch Hospitality is interviewing experienced Line Cooks & Catering Cooks that are looking to advance their Career with an established culinary focused company at the Vibe Credit Union Showplace in Novi. The cooks we hire will work in our restaurant, & in our large scale event kitchens totaling over 15,000 sq ft that serve our 650,000 sq ft facility. At Epoch Hospitality you join a true team, led by a world class Executive Chef with over 30 years of experience all over the country, to take their own skills & experience to the next level. This is a place where Cook's become Chef's, we look to promote from within by developing our culinary team members in the financial aspects of the industry including P&L understanding, leadership, team building, QA, program implementation, & complete mastery of all cooking techniques that provide upward career growth in an evolving industry. Epoch runs multiple venues in Southeast Michigan providing advancement opportunity for hard working, dedicated, dependable, & inspired working cooks & chefs that are looking to join a solid & stable company.
