CDL-A Driver Needed - Southwest Regional Fleet - Home Weekly - Lufkin, TX

Let's talk numbers first. Our Southwest Regional Fleet out of Dallas is built for drivers who want to see the math before they sign on.

What's In Your Check:

• $0.54 to $0.60 per mile depending on your experience level
• Average weekly gross lands between $1,200 and $1,600
• An extra 3 CPM performance bonus is available starting the month after hire, based on safety and productivity (must be active at payout)
• $12.50 per hour detention after your first 2 hours
• $100 per day for layover or breakdown
• $3,000 sign-on bonus, split into $1,500 at your 90-day mark and $1,500 at 6 months

On the Road:

• Weekly home time built in for your 34-hour reset
• Running 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week, average haul length 400 miles
• 100% no-touch freight, split 50 to 60% drop and hook, 40 to 50% live unload
• Newer equipment: 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths

Support and Benefits:

• Driver support staff available around the clock
• Paid vacation scales up over time: 1 week at year 1, up to 4 weeks by year 15

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license held in the US or territories for 12+ consecutive months
• Current Class A CDL from only one state
• 3+ months tractor-trailer (40ft+) experience in the last 36 months, or Extended Road Test eligible (6 months in last 5 years, or 12 months in last 10)
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no preventable CMV accidents in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years (5 years if before holding CDL-A)
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug test, plus DOT physical
