A Farmers Insurance agency is seeking motivated, goal-oriented professionals to join our growing team as an Insurance Sales Representative.

In this role, you’ll work directly with an experienced agency leader to develop your skills in sales, client relationship management, and insurance solutions while building a long-term career in the industry.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and interested in professional growth within the insurance and financial services space.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary + uncapped commission
Agency-provided leads and referrals
Paid licensing support (Property & Casualty + Life & Health)
Ongoing sales training and mentorship
Dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO

Responsibilities

Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance products
Follow up with agency-provided leads and referrals
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Maintain and grow a personal book of business
Learn sales, marketing, and customer retention strategies
Support daily agency operations and client service activities

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in professional growth
Currently licensed or willing to obtain insurance licenses (licensing assistance provided)
