Senior Assistant Engineer I

1)To do daily monitoring for all substation and record meter reading. To inspect all electrical installation and make sure all in good condition and safe to used.
2)Carry out PM for utilities equipment plant wide. Troubleshooting all electrical installation if any problem occurred.
3)To support technician to solve & troubleshoot any machine or equipment breakdown in a minimum time to reduce long downtime period.
4)To plan job for weekly and monthly maintenance schedule for subordinates for all equipment plant wide. Provide all type of data to executive / engineer for the purpose of reporting and improvement activity.
5)Supervising contractors when a project is carried out in the plant Supervising subordinated when they carry out their daily works
6)To explain and train new subordinates for regular servicing, preventive maintenance for all machine. 7)To explain and train new subordinates from time to time to enhance their technical skills an motivating them to excel better
8)To assist superior in planning and design for new equipment, project or installation.
9)To ensure all subordinates follow strict guidelines of the company in discipline, ISO, quality, OSHAS, 5S and etc.

Inokom is involved in the assembly and manufacturing of light commercial vehicles as well as contract assembly. Its manufacturing facility is located in Padang Meha, Kulim, occupying 200 acres of freehold land. Production first commenced in August 1997.The Company is owned by a consortium of corporate shareholders, which constitutes of Sime Darby Motors Sdn. Bhd., Sime Darby Hyundai Sdn Bhd, Hyundai Motor Company of South Korea , and Berjaya Auto Berhad.
