Marketing Communications Specialist

We are partnering with a growing organization to add a Marketing Communications Specialist to the team. This role will support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, events, and internal communications. It’s a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple channels and contributing to a variety of marketing programs. This is a hybrid role with a mix of in‑office (3 days per week) and remote work (2 days per week). Responsibilities Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, and print channels Assist with content creation including marketing collateral, presentations, and customer‑facing materials Help coordinate product or service launches, including supporting materials and internal communications Update and manage website content, landing pages, and digital assets Maintain and support CRM and marketing platforms, including data management and reporting Assist with planning and execution of events such as trade shows, meetings, and industry conferences Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and customer experience initiatives Support customer feedback programs and reporting, helping identify trends and opportunities for improvement Manage and organize marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy across channels Assist with tracking marketing performance metrics and campaign results Support budgeting and expense tracking for marketing initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role Experience supporting multi‑channel marketing efforts (digital and traditional) Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Experience managing website content or digital platforms is preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across teams #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
