About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive leadership team. Key responsibilities include partnering with the CFO on budgeting and resource allocation, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and advancing the company's position as a national leader in deploying technology and AI in human services. The role requires a leader with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, who can engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree being a plus, and experience in government or with organizations that have significant government contracts is also a strong advantage.
