Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs accurately and warmly. Support and train new front‑desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally. Manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest‑ready. Qualifications Customer service experience with strong people skills. Hospitality or leadership experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Technically proficient with hotel systems. Able to lift 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.
