We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care to our residents at 428 Healthcare's Assisted Living Facilities in Lamar, CO. If you are dedicated to making a difference and enjoy working in a supportive team environment, we would love to meet you!
About the Role
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, assisting with activities of daily living, taking and recording vital signs, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition, following infection control and safety procedures, and providing compassionate, respectful care at all times.
Responsibilities
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist with transfers and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Provide compassionate, respectful care at all times
Qualifications
• Active CNA certification
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Passion for working with seniors
