Nurse Practitioner Or Physician AssistantWe are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in the Atlanta, GA area. This role offers a collaborative clinical environment, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.Schedule Options:Full-Time: Three 12-hour shifts per week, Every other weekend required, Weekend availability is mandatory.Part-Time: Minimum of 20 hours per week with consistent availability, Must meet one of the following scheduling requirements: Two weekdays consistently (24 total hours), OR One weekday (12 hours) and one weekend day (8 hours).Opportunities are also available in: Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur Duluth, and Tyrone, GA.Compensation & Benefits:Salary range: $138,000 – $159,000 annually (Average: $147,000)Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offRetirement plan optionsOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementKey Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditionsPerform physical examinations and preventive health screeningsDevelop and manage patient treatment plansOrder and interpret diagnostic testsPrescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulationsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teamsEducate patients and families on health maintenance and disease preventionMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) systemRequirements:Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programActive and unrestricted Georgia NP or PA licenseCurrent DEA license (or ability to obtain)Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience preferredStrong new graduates with relevant clinical training may be considered
