My client is actively hiring for a High End Residential Superintendent to join their team on exciting projects throughout NH. Client Details Office located in Waltham, MA Projects throughout Boston area, Metrowest, North shore, and New Hampshire Founded in 210 20-30 employees Luxury Home Construction, Renovations, and Historic Renovations Description Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively. Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and resolve any issues promptly. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and management. Ensure all work aligns with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Address and resolve any challenges or delays that arise during construction. Promote a culture of safety and collaboration among team members on-site. Profile 5+ years of experience Commutable to NH or located in NH High End Residential experience Proven experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with teams. A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Ability to manage budgets and project schedules efficiently. Problem-solving skills to address challenges during the construction process. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the job. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 USD. Comprehensive benefits package.
