We take pride in doing things right the first time and investing in employees who want long-term careers—not just jobs.Position DetailsPosition: Journeyman PlumberLocation: Twin Falls, IDSchedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: $30–$45/hour (DOE)Employment Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryThe Journeyman Plumber is responsible for independently performing installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial plumbing systems. This role requires a licensed professional who can diagnose issues, complete jobs efficiently, and deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining strong customer communication.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain/waste/vent systems (DWV), fixtures, and water heatersPerform plumbing installations for residential and commercial new construction, remodels, and service callsDiagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accuratelyRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codesEnsure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulationsManage job sites independently and maintain productivity standardsCommunicate professionally with customers regarding scope of work, timelines, and solutionsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentTrain and mentor apprentices as neededAccurately document work performed and materials usedCollaborate with dispatch, management, and other trades as neededQualificationsActive Journeyman Plumbing License (Idaho preferred or ability to obtain)3+ years of plumbing experience (residential/service and/or commercial)Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practicesAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field without supervisionValid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving recordAbility to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various environmentsProficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentStrong work ethic, reliability, and professionalismExcellent customer service and communication skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay + performance incentivesCompany phone or stipendPaid Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceEmployer-paid Life Insurance401(k) with company match (up to 4%)Paid vacation and holidaysPaid uniformsOngoing training and advancement opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented work environmentJoin Our TeamIf you’re a licensed Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in your work and wants to be part of a growing, reputable company, we want to talk to you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
