Assistant Community Manager - Property & Leasing

HNN Communities is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager in Federal Way, WA to support leasing, marketing, compliance and resident satisfaction. Tax credit experience is a plus. The role includes day-to-day operations, rent processing, and reporting using Yardi. Competitive benefits are offered along with a schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
