We deliver electrical infrastructure, EV charging, solar, and LED lighting projects for commercial, institutional, and public clients.Essential ResponsibilitiesProject Administration & DocumentationPrepare and track RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and project recordsMaintain files, logs, meeting notes, and closeout documentationUse platforms including and ProcoreProcurement & SubcontractsSupport vendor and subcontractor quote reviewsTrack subcontractor documentation and compliance requirementsCost, Billing & Change ManagementAssist with payment applications, schedules of values, and change ordersSupport cost tracking, certified payroll, and prevailing wage requirementsCoordinationCoordinate permits, inspections, utilities, deliveries, and site activitiesWork with project teams, subcontractors, and vendorsAttend project meetings and site walksSupport smaller projects from award through closeoutRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience1–3 years of construction project experienceUnderstanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentsAbility to read drawings and specificationsStrong Microsoft Office and Excel skillsOSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certificationValid driver's license and ability to visit project sitesPreferred QualificationsElectrical, MEP, EV charging, solar, or lighting project experienceFamiliarity with AIA contracts and billingExperience with Procore, , Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6OSHA 30 or CAPM/PMP progressKey CompetenciesStrong organization and attention to detailClear communication and reliable follow-throughAbility to manage multiple prioritiesUnderstanding of project costs, billing, and changesDesire to progress into a Project Manager roleCompensation & Benefits$75,000–$95,000, based on experience and qualifications. xhyhwjd Benefits include:Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchFlexible paid time offProfessional development supportVehicle/mileage allowanceINF Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
