Emergency Medicine Physician – (30 Miles South of Columbus, OH)

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time W2 position at a community-focused hospital with 50 inpatient beds and 21 ED beds
\n
• 120 hours/month minimum (FT commitment) with flexible scheduling
\n
• Annual ED volume: ~21,738 | Medium acuity | 13% admission rate
\n
• 9–10 hour shifts with strong nursing support
\n
• EPIC EMR
\n
• Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine; will consider IM/FM with recent ED experience
\n
• Certification requirements: ACLS, ATLS, PALS
\n
• EMR: EPIC
\n

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly compensation + night differential
\n
• Potential to earn up to an additional $20/hr quarterly bonus based on patient satisfaction and department metrics
\n
• Sign-on bonus available with FT commitment (120 hrs/month)
