What You'll Do

As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in enhancing Residents' health and quality of life by:

• Delivering medical nutrition therapy in Supportive Living
• Ensuring accurate and compliant medical record documentation
• Staying current with best practices in long-term care nutrition, including:
  • Weight management
  • Pressure injury prevention
  • Tube feeding
  • Dementia care
  • Chronic disease management
• Upholding Willow Valley's HACCP and food safety standards
• Supporting and guiding the Culinary Supervisor as needed
• Utilizing technology to complete daily reporting and communication

What You'll Bring

• Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
• Current Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in Pennsylvania
• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from an accredited program
• 5+ years of experience in senior living or long-term care
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical nutrition best practices
• Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration

Schedule & Flexibility

• Less than 24 hours per week
• Day shift hours
• Wednesdays required
• Flexible scheduling on other weekdays
• No weekends or holidays!
