Solves complex problems independently, applying deep technical expertise and business understanding. Leads initiatives of moderate to large scope, providing technical direction and mentoring junior team members. Architects frontend interfaces and backend services, ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless integration across systems. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches and deliver scalable solutions. Drives application observability through logging, alerting, and performance monitoring strategies. Champions code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and engineering best practices.Required Qualifications:3+ years of professional software development experienceHands-on experience with: Frontend development using React.js and Node.jsBuilding RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Python (FastAPI, Flask)Databases (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, AlloyDB, Spanner, or Postgres)CI/CD tools for automated build, test, and deploymentCloud platforms (GCP preferred)Version control (Git)Working knowledge of: Pub/sub messaging patterns (PubSub, Kafka) for real-time data processingUnit, regression, and integration testing; automated testing frameworksAgile development practicesExperience using AI assistants in software development workflowsPreferred Qualifications:Experience optimizing application performance using caching techniques (Redis)Experience integrating LLMs and AI technologies to enhance system intelligence and automationExperience with observability and monitoring toolsExperience with infrastructure-as-code or cloud-native architecturesExperience mentoring junior developers or leading technical initiativesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsHealthcare industry experience a plusEducation:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
