Senior Estimator: Preconstruction & Cost Modeling

ECBuild seeks a Senior Estimator to join our Raleigh team, leading preconstruction estimating and planning for CM at Risk projects. You’ll develop cost models and schedules across design phases and coordinate with operations to support preconstruction success. The role requires 5+ years of estimating experience, proficiency with CostX, Navisworks, BIM, P6 and Bluebeam, and strong collaboration with design teams and subcontractors.
