Surgical Tech - Certified Surg Tech

Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)This position requires working three 12-hour shifts with rotating days off and call. Blocked days off cannot be guaranteed. Previous experience in a surgical setting is required. Skills in various surgical procedures are essential. Experience with abdominal hysterectomy, appendectomy, and hernia repair is preferred. Ability to assist with various orthopedic and neuro procedures is necessary. Aseptic technique and knowledge of the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System are beneficial. You will be part of a team providing care to a diverse patient demographic, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Clinical duties include equipment documentation and maintaining a sterile environment. Collaboration with surgical teams and adherence to all safety protocols is essential. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays will be required. Additional competencies such as effective communication and teamwork are critical for success in this role.
