Growing painting company looking for a reliable Assistant PM/ Estimator to support estimating, project coordination, and office/admin tasks. Great opportunity to grow into an Estimator/ Project Manager role

Responsibilities:

• Assist with estimates, takeoffs, and proposals
• Support project scheduling and coordination
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and crews
• Handle admin tasks (emails, data entry, job files)
• Track jobs, change orders, and closeouts

Qualifications:

• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Construction/painting experience is a plus (not required)
• Must be able to read blueprints and specifications
• Experience with takeoff software is a plus (not required)
