Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
• Deliver packages safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo following specific handling procedures
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50lbs and be able to get in and out of a van multiple times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays
• Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Use a smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members
• Follow all safety protocols
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work in all weather conditions

Company Description

We are a Delivery Service Partner (DSP), delivering packages for a national technology company located in Sewickley, PA. This is a Delivery Associate position with First Line Logistics LLC. We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting and delivering packages from one place to another in a safe and timely manner. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being outdoors and on the road. They put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

We provide a company delivery van, delivery device, uniforms, and all necessary equipment to perform the job.

Benefits & Pay:

• $21.75 per hour starting pay
• 4-5 day work week, approximately 9-10 hours per day (typical full-time schedule)

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license (non-CDL)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass Drug Screening
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
