Join a High-Energy Health & Coffee Bar Team Phoenix Nutrition is a fast-growing Herbalife-based nutrition club offering healthy shakes, energizing teas, coffee beverages, and fresh baked snacks. Our focus is on creating a welcoming, high-energy environment centered around health, community, and exceptional customer service.

We are hiring immediately and looking for motivated, reliable, and personable team members who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare coffee, teas, shakes, and specialty beverages using barista equipment

- Bake and prepare fresh, healthy snacks

- Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

- Handle customer transactions (POS system)

- Assist with opening/closing duties

Qualifications:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred - Barista or espresso machine experience (preferred, willing to train) - Baking experience or willingness to learn - Strong customer service and communication skills - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
