What you’ll do As a Team Member you will make $14.45 - $15.95 per hour. Families come in all shapes and sizes and that’s exactly what we have in our Wendy’s family. What we expect from you As a crew member you must be willing and able to: Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome, YOU are the first person our customers see! To be cross‑trained in minimum of at least three service positions. Multi‑task and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. All positions require standing for long periods of time. Work well in a team environment to get things done together. Some positions require the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
