Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Day/Evening shifts, 5x8s or 4x10s, Monday–Friday 0600–2030, rotating schedule and start times; on-call required at least 1 night per week and 1 weekend per schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
• Coordinate the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff throughout surgical cases
• Ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care
• Participate in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment
• Fulfill on-call obligations as required by department scheduling needs

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice
• Associate's Degree (A.S.) in Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of full-time operating room experience
• Experience in Orthopedic, Neuro, and Trauma surgical specialties
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
