Removable Technical Advisor

Location Stern Houston 1805 W 34th St Houston, TX 77018, USA Join National Dentex – a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We are looking for a Removable Technical Advisor for NDX Stern Empire located in Houston, TX. Regular scheduled hours: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (subject to change). Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions Assist in training team members to ensure company quality standards are maintained. Maintain and expedite workflow and quality control through the removable department while keeping overtime to a minimum. Work with the General Manager and Lab Administrator to monitor employee performance and quality. Along with the other Removable manager, ensure all cases are checked for quality and sign off on each case with the QC card. Use technical expertise to determine remake reason and make appropriate decision on charge or no‑charge for case. Serve as primary technical contact for customer–related questions/concerns and updates, be diligent on customer call backs and add notes into Magic Touch system. Ensure the department clears task reports daily and update General Manager on progress. Ensure on‑time delivery of 95% and maintain an overall average case turnaround time (TAT) of 5.5 days with external quality remakes at 6% or less. Ensure the cleanliness of the department and the general upkeep of equipment and process areas. Ensure safety compliance rules and regulations are upheld in the department and work with the department safety liaison for updates from the Safety Committee. Skills and Abilities Required Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Effective presentation skills to team members and management. Problem‑solving ability: define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. High accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with internal scheduling, updating, remakes and task‑tracking systems. Strong organization and timeliness in completing tasks. Capability to engage in complex technical conversations with customers and in‑network labs. Minimum Education and Experience Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent (or better). Minimum 7 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used All chemicals within department. Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel and/or reach. Ability to read and comprehend written communications. Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
