Were seeking a passionate and driven General Cardiologist to join our Michigan Heart Cardiology team in Ann Arbor, Michigan . This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Schedule: Days/Weekends/Call
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Specialty: Cardiology
Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
Call Requirements: Shared Call Coverage: 1:6
General cardiology practice includes inpatient and outpatient cardiology, echocardiography and other cardiac imaging depending on training and interest. Level 2 training in echocardiography is required.
Inpatient and outpatient cardiology care and consultations encompass the entire breadth of modern cardiology.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiologist
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health efforts
