As an Emerge Stylist, you'll craft exceptional hair while creating a guest experience that feels warm, thoughtful, and totally you .

You'll sharpen your skills, find your artistic voice, build clients who become regulars (and friends), and help shape a salon culture worth showing up for.

We're looking for stylists who are curious, accountable, self-motivated, kind, and always down to keep learning.

What You'll Do

Guest Experience

• Deliver warm, personalized consultations and services tailored to each guest
• Educate guests on products and home care
• Build a loyal clientele through great service and connection

Craft

• Bring consistently excellent, on-trend hair artistry
• Know your products, know hair health, work clean and safe
• Own your growth as an artist

Business Savvy

• Show up on time, follow up with clients, keep your book thriving
• Chase your goals — and help grow the salon beyond just your chair
• Say yes to education, coaching, and leveling up

Team Vibe

• Collaborate, don't compete — lift up your fellow artists
• Show up for meetings, trainings, and salon events
• Get involved in community and sustainability initiatives
