Bilingual Intake Specialist

The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. This involves responding to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties. Schedule: Sunday: 3 PM - 11 PM And Monday - Thursday: 11 AM - 8 PM
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1-3+ years working in a Law firm.
- 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- Proficient in computer and administrative skills.
- Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary.
