Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert optical care and personalized eyewear solutions.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their unique lifestyles.
• Interpret prescriptions and ensure precise lens fitting.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Active Massachusetts Optician License or newly Massachusetts licensed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping patients see and look their best.
• Ability to thrive in a friendly, collaborative, small-office environment.
• Experience in optical sales and dispensing glasses.
• Proficiency in Lensometry.

Nice to Have Skills:

• ABO Certification.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and inventory control.
