Capital City Hospice in Central Ohio is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice Admissions team. You will conduct pre-admission assessments, educate patients and families, and initiate hospice services, with a focus on patient-centered care and high-quality end-of-life support.
