- $22 / Hour
- Weekly Pay
- Full-Time | Temp-to-hire

- Verify products are manufactured correctly and meet quantity, dimensional, visual, labeling, packaging, and material requirements
- Complete first-part approvals for all startup jobs according to standard procedures
- Inspect last-tagged parts delivered to final audit and verify incoming product compliance
- Audit manufacturing cells to ensure operators follow work instructions and quality standards
- Communicate needed corrections to machine operators and notify the Shift Supervisor of actions taken
- Report quality issues or discrepancies immediately to the Shift Supervisor, Plant Manager, and Quality Supervisor as needed
- Create non-conformance reports for defective or mislabeled products, apply hold tags, and coordinate movement to the Quality Hold area
- Maintain a clean, organized work area with clear aisles and properly stored materials and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED required; associates degree is preferred
- General computer skills with focused experience using MS Office Suite and FileMaker.
- Able to lift 25 lbs, stand 8-10 hours, and perform repetitive hand tasks
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
