Job Description

Familiarity/Experience with Cincinnati Centerless Grinder machine setup and operation. Experience in instructing others, teaching processes and machine controls. Process knowledge and operational experience with general machine shop equipment. Centerless grinding theory for thru-feed and in-feed applications. General mechanical aptitude with industrial machinery operations and automation. Grinding Automation (Conveyance, Gantry loaders, bowl feeders) experience. The Successful Applicant

Ability to travel to customer locations in the Midwest (60% travel) Customer relationship skills requiring introducing Allways Precision and our portfolio of support and services. Manufacturing Process and Cycle time skills with understanding of Cpk fundamentals and engineering print tolerance knowledge. Confident with face-to-face customer support interactions and phone follow up communications. Ability to create and execute personal monthly schedules
