Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders to contribute to the assembly of large mixing machines. This role involves TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding on steel, ensuring that products meet customer specifications by working off of blueprints. The position also requires the use of an overhead crane for moving large materials during assembly, fitting, and fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Weld large mixing machines using TIG, MIG, and Flux Core methods.
• Work off of blueprints to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Utilize an overhead crane to move large materials for assembly.
• Perform fitting and fabrication tasks.
• Conduct welding tasks primarily on steel.

Essential Skills

• Experience in MIG and TIG welding on steel.
• Knowledge of Flux Core welding.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience working with steel.
• Possession of own basic hand tools and weld hood.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Robotic welding experience is a plus.
• Experience with overhead cranes.
• Familiarity with fabrication processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, OH.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
