This full-time, contract role offers an exciting opportunity to cover a maternity leave, running from mid-February through April or May. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Prior experience in school settings supporting speech-language services
• Strong understanding of implementing therapy plans under SLP supervision
• Effective communication skills with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently in changing environments
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine commitment to student progress

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with speech and language challenges under the guidance of a licensed SLP
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in classroom, one-on-one, or small group settings
• Assist with assessment, data collection, and progress monitoring as directed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote language development
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school protocols
