Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via video chat with clients, focusing on stabilization and low-acuity mental health issues.

• Encourage clients to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, aiding in self-discovery and improving interpersonal relationships.

• Act as an advocate for your clients, helping them set personal goals while navigating their mental health journeys.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to evaluate clients’ mental health status, crafting and implementing solution-focused treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, with a focus on those who are stable and exhibit low-acuity conditions. Our aim is to empower clients with the necessary skills to manage their mental health effectively and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is essential.

• Valid independent licensure, preferably as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong computer literacy skills, particularly with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the hours you are able to commit. Additionally, as a full-time therapist, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development.
