Shift Details:

• Estimated Start Date: September
• Schedule Details: 3 Days a week, 10-hour days, 8 hours patient-facing, 2 hours Admin Time (days of the week TBD).
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: MUST be able to commit to one of the following: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off or alternating weeks.
• Call Requirements: At least once a week (0700-0700) and a weekend in the rotation with FP OB providers
• Certifications Needed: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Case Load: 18+ PPD
• Patient Age Group: Infants, Peds, Adults

Licensing & Privileging:

• License: IMLC Accepted, PA License strongly preferred
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90-120 Days
