Polysomnography Tech

Find your purpose with CentraCare working as a Polysomnography Tech! In this role you will help our patients find the answers they are looking for to sleep better! You will work alongside new and experienced sleep techs. Our center administers various ways of testing including sleep studies home visits and more. The technologist overseen by a physician administers tests relating to sleep disorders in outpatients ranging in age from 5 years of age to adult. You will be responsible for administering and scoring polysomnographs using Inspire MSLTs and CPAP titrations. For your safety our policy is that you'll never work alone.

Schedule: Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite at CentraCare Sleep Center

Nights | Sunday - Friday | 6:30 pm - 7:00 am | 3 nights per week

Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at 30.65 per hour and increases with experience

Pay range: 30.65 - 45.98 per hour

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED

One of the following educational qualifications:

• Successful completion of a Polysomnographic Program of no less than one-year duration
• Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Neurodiagnostic Technologist
• Successful completion of A-Step or Star Program

Must be a Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) within 2 years

Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card
