Car Wash Service Technician

We are now hiring for a Car Wash Service Technician for a company based in Austin, TX. Please submit your resume to this posting for review.
Pay: $25-$40/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Will be on call rotation every other weekend)
Duties:
- Install and commission car wash equipment and support systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, including:
- Lubricating moving parts
- Inspecting motors and pumps
- Checking electrical components
- Verifying chemical concentrations
- Inspecting water treatment equipment
- Diagnose and repair:
- Electrical systems
- Mechanical components
- Pumps and motors
- Wash brushes and conveyors
- Chemical dispensing systems
- Water softeners, reverse osmosis (RO), and water reclaim systems
- Respond to customer service calls and minimize equipment downtime.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and replace worn or defective parts.
- Maintain service records and communicate repair recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
- Seeking at least 4 yrs. experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have own hand tools
