Restaurant General Manager

We're hiring an experienced General Manager to lead a high volume quick service restaurant. This is an opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys coaching teams, delivering outstanding guest service, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead all daily restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Manage labor, food cost, and inventory
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Achieve sales and profitability goals
- Ensure operational and food safety standards are met
- Previous restaurant General Manager experience
- Quick service or fast casual experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- $60,000 - $70,000 hourly pay
