Marketing Optimization Lead

GE HealthCare seeks a Marketing Optimization Lead to enhance marketing operations for the Advanced Imaging Solutions team. The role focuses on designing efficient processes, managing new product launches, building team capabilities, and championing AI adoption to drive marketing excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve AIS marketing operating rhythm and annual planning process
• Design standard work processes and best practices to streamline marketing workflows
• Manage new product introduction process, ensuring coordination with go-to-market timelines
• Champion marketing education and capability building across the AIS team
• Drive AI adoption and emerging technology use cases to improve marketing productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years marketing, marketing operations, or related healthcare/life sciences experience
• Demonstrated success building or improving marketing processes and planning frameworks
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple workstreams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with senior leader comfort
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing or project management platforms
