Cleaning Associate Job Details
Schedule : Sunday-Wednesday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Location : Wilmington, OH
Cleaning Associate Requirements/Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs (including large trash cans)
  
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shift
  
• Must have valid email on file for onboarding process
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team environment
  
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a warehouse setting
  
• Ability to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures
  

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout a large warehouse facility
  
• Empty and transport trash cans and waste materials (up to 20 lbs)
  
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas of the building
  
• Follow cleaning schedules and site instructions
  
• Support sanitation and overall facility safety standards
  
• Report any safety or maintenance concerns to supervisors
  
• Ensure work areas remain organized and hazard-free
  
• Assist with additional cleaning or support tasks as assigned
  

• Opportunity for conversion with pay increase (+$0.50/hour)
  
• 1 week paid vacation upon conversion
