Job Title: Manufacturing Planner Location: Everett, Washington (On-site) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to optimize production operations, enhance process efficiency, and support factory teams. Our team values innovative thinking and a hands-on approach to improving manufacturing productivity and reliability. Responsibilities Integrate engineering disciplines to drive producibility requirements into aircraft system designs and manufacturing plans. Analyze production data to identify anomalies, investigate root causes, and implement solutions enhancing quality and efficiency. Troubleshoot technical challenges during production to ensure product integrity and minimize impact on performance, cost, or schedule. Coordinate with factory teams and engineering groups to implement process improvements and innovative tooling requirements. Required Minimum of 2 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to spend significant time standing and walking on the production floor, climb ladders or stairs, work at heights or in tight spaces, and wear required PPE. Regular and predictable attendance is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
